Michael D. Hovde, Jr.

A graduate of Lake Park High School in Roselle, Illinois, Mike received his B.A. in English from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale and his J.D. from the Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1994. He was admitted to practice by Illinois Supreme Court and the Federal Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 1994. He was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in 2005.

Mike is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, MENSA, and Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce. He concentrates his practice in Real Estate, Estate Planning, Corporate & Business Law, Civil Litigation, Traffic and Criminal.

Mike has been the President of the Bloomingdale School District 13 Education Foundation, since it was founded in 1998. The Foundation is a charitable tax exempt organization which raises money for Bloomingdale Elementary School District 13.

In 2008 Mike was named a board member of Clare Oaks in Bartlett, a $100 Million continuing care retirement community that features 164 apartments and cottages and 153 skilled nursing beds, assisted living beds and memory support beds.

Jacqueline Tufo

A graduate of Driscoll Catholic High School in Addison, Jacqueline received her BA from Elmhurst College and her JD from John Marshall School of Law in 1995. She was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Illinois and the Federal Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 1995. In 2005 she was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in Washington, DC. She concentrates her practice in all aspects of Family Law, including Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Paternity, Adoption and enforcing or modifying Judgments for Dissolution of Marriage.
